Customers pay a recurring monthly subscription for online tools to create waitlists, surveys, newsletters, and feedback collectors, send email campaigns to their subscribers, and (on higher tiers) use a REST API and custom domains. The service is delivered entirely online at lighthouse.build. No physical goods are shipped -- it is digital software access only.
