Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how TrustMRR handles information when you use the TrustMRR website, marketplace, and iOS app. The iOS app is a native catalog for browsing public startup listings and their verified business metrics.
2. TrustMRR iOS app
The iOS app does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, cross-app tracking, or third-party tracking SDKs. The app does not ask for access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or other sensitive device data.
The app requests public startup marketplace data from TrustMRR. Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical request information, such as an IP address, request time, and basic device or network information, to deliver the service, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability.
3. Website and account information
When you create an account, submit a startup, contact a seller, join an affiliate program, or purchase a TrustMRR service, we process the information needed to provide that feature. This may include account details, contact information, startup information, messages, transaction records, and settings you choose to provide.
4. Revenue verification
Startup owners may connect supported payment providers using read-only credentials so TrustMRR can verify aggregate business metrics. TrustMRR uses those connections to obtain revenue totals, recurring revenue, growth, aggregate customer or subscription counts, and related business metrics.
TrustMRR does not use these connections to process payments and does not intentionally collect the startup's customer names, customer email addresses, payment-card details, or other individual customer records. More detail is available in our Terms of Service.
5. How information is used
- Provide, secure, and improve TrustMRR and its marketplace features.
- Verify and display startup information and aggregate business metrics.
- Facilitate communications and transactions requested by users.
- Provide support, enforce our terms, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
6. Service providers and disclosures
We may use infrastructure, authentication, email, analytics, payment, security, and other service providers to operate TrustMRR. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect TrustMRR or its users, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information for money.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your TrustMRR account, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. You may also disconnect supported integrations from your account or the relevant provider.
9. Children
TrustMRR is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as TrustMRR evolves. The date below shows the latest revision. If you have privacy questions or requests, contact us through TrustMRR support or the contact options available in your account.
