Candidates bid for visibility to recruiters, instead of recruiters searching and messaging them first. It flips the usual hiring dynamic.
Recruiters spend time and money searching for and messaging candidates who often never respond. Meanwhile, qualified candidates with strong LinkedIn profiles stay buried and overlooked, even though they're open to new opportunities.
