A capsule over each pet shows what the agent is doing (Thinking, Your Turn, Allow Bash?, Done). When an agent needs permission, its pet bounces: click it and Allow, Always or Deny from whatever tab you're on, or reply to the agent without switching windows. Runs locally, no account, no cloud.
