MakeDecks, two weeks in. I started coding on Oct 18 and shared it on Reddit on Oct 22. Since then: 305 sign-ups and 471 decks made. 83 people said they found it through ChatGPT or another AI assistant, 10 through Google. 33 people hit a free limit and nobody subscribed. The first sale was a $5 7-day pass, not the monthly plan. Students with one deadline don't want a subscription. Next: turning one-deck visitors into repeat users.
