Working on pSEO today, want to focus on marketing for 1-2 hours daily (few posts manually- like this one, and few automated like pSEO)
Shipped a test tab where users can test their bot within the dashboard after creating their bot (no need to wait till updating in the website to test)
Current Mental State: Sell the product for $1000 Once I start having revenue, close the sale listing from the marketplace (or see what's working with increasing MRR, and then up the price here) Not the product I wanted to spend a lot of time on, but if it's inevitable, I would make money from customers. Some things are good, maybe. Currently have 3 conversations going, let's see. PS: I like building in public, so sharing things here too(thought process).
Ran 3 Reddit ads, know a winning copy, Now will transfer this learning to check on Meta 1) It may work 2) If not, will use CTRs data to create SEO pages.
Changes made in the product 1) New, sharper landing page, users will get the USP in 3 seconds 2) Now users can give a URL, and we will scrape the whole website (up to 10,000 pages) 3) For 50,000 pages, we need to build caching using Redis, so it's only on request as of now. 4) Changed pricing. Kept free tier for people to try, removed lifetime deals.
3 days of launch 250 unique visitors to the website (check visitors in the drop down menu) 3 signed up on the free plan However, removed it and kept a paywall for a few users. As an indiehacker, I don't want to maintain free users. Instead kept a 3-day free trial.
I built a AI Chabot (bring your own key) tool that lowers 70% of the cost for customers. Now curious how to get paying customers.
