Long-press your widget → Edit Widget to change the averaging period. The default is 30 days.

Home Screen widgets now show Oura Ring battery level and charging status alongside your health metrics. It's a small addition that makes the app more useful day to day: you can see whether your ring needs charging without opening the app.
