Lesson from PosteAhora: a timeout is not a failure. A 9-image Instagram carousel spent 71s building its child containers and crossed our 90s dispatcher backstop, so the row was written failed - while the publish had already landed on Instagram. The user rescheduled it, and the carousel went out twice. Two fixes: the children are now built by a 4-worker pool, so a 10-item carousel finishes in about 25s instead of 90+. And a timeout no longer means failure - the post is parked as processing and resolved from Meta's own view of the container. posteahora.com/changelog
