toplocal is a pay-to-rank leaderboard where any product website or X (@handle) bids real US dollars to rank on a specific continent. The ranking has one input: dollars. The highest cumulative bid holds #1, the next-highest #2, and so on. Rankings are per-continent and independent — the same product can be #1 in Europe and #12 in Asia. An "All continents" view aggregates each listing by its total bids across every continent.
