Stripe's Customer Data Copy moves customers and saved payment methods, but not products, prices, billing meters, subscriptions, or subscription schedules. SubPorter recreates active billing in the destination account and retires it in the source at the right time.

Stripe Billing only. The buyer's app, database, entitlements, webhooks, and API keys remain their responsibility. Subscriptions renewing within 48 hours are held for review. Both seller and buyer sign off before live changes. For the first 5 customers, the founder joins the cutover call live.
