tempus.build provides managed GitHub Actions runners that work as a drop-in replacement for GitHub-hosted runners. The service runs on bare-metal infrastructure with colocated caches, so builds are faster than on standard shared runners. Billing is per-second on prepaid credits: when the balance runs out the runners pause instead of accruing debt, so there are no surprise invoices.
